Segulah V L.P. becomes a new majority owner in Sandbäckens

Segulah V L.P. has entered into an agreement to complete a majority investment in Sandbäcken Invest AB.

Sandbäckens is a leading Swedish heating and sanitation contractor with a growing presence as a sprinkler system and industry service provider. The Company was founded in Linköping in 1993, has approx. 400 employees and subsidiaries in 17 locations across Sweden. Sandbäckens is currently owned by the management team and board members.

In recent years, Sandbäckens has enjoyed strong organic growth through a regional expansion strategy and has completed some important contracts in a buoyant Swedish construction market. In 2015, Sandbäckens reported sales of MSEK 647.
