Segulah V L.P. acquires Zengun
Segulah V L.P. has entered into an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Zengun AB from its founders.
Zengun is a premium constructor focused on high-end commercial property projects in the Stockholm region. Zengun offers construction contracting services to private and public property developers. The majority of the construction work is carried out by qualityassured subcontractors. Since its foundation in 2009, the management team has successfully grown the Company into one of the leading constructors in the Stockholm market by winning large scale projects.
Zengun has today approx. 85 employees, of which 55 are project and production managementrelated employees and 30 are dedicated to the production team. In the fiscal year ending April 2015, sales amounted to MSEK 816.
Zengun was founded by Ulf Jonsson and Tobias Örnevik. The founders and the other current owners will continue to be operational in the Company and remain significant shareholders.
